How can we help?

Answers to your questions, right here.

How does Cosmedoe work?
Photograph a product's INCI list and the AI analyses every ingredient against EU Cosmetics Regulation, SCCS and ECHA sources. The result is summarised as SAFE, CAUTION or AVOID.
Which products can I analyse?
Cosmetic and personal care products: creams, serums, shampoos, lotions, makeup, sunscreen, perfume and more. Food and medicine are out of scope.
How reliable are the analysis results?
Analysis is based on official scientific sources such as the EU Cosmetics Regulation, SCCS and ECHA. Results are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a specialist for health decisions.
How many analyses can I do on the free plan?
The free plan includes 5 analyses per month. The Pro plan allows unlimited analyses with a daily limit of 30 and an hourly limit of 10.
How do I cancel my Pro plan?
Your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings in the relevant app store. Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
Is my data safe? Are my photos stored?
Your photos are not stored on Cosmedoe servers — they are only processed at the moment of analysis. Analysis results and account information are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I saw an incorrect analysis, how do I report it?
Use the "Report incorrect analysis" button inside the app. When the same analysis is reported by 3 different users the system automatically flags it for review.
Which ingredients should I avoid during pregnancy?
When you activate the pregnancy profile in Cosmedoe, the app specifically flags INCI ingredients that are risky for pregnant individuals in every analysis. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor.
