By downloading or using the Cosmedoe application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
Cosmedoe is an information tool that analyzes INCI ingredient lists of cosmetic products using artificial intelligence. The application is intended for informational purposes only.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Cosmedoe does not provide medical advice. Application outputs do not replace the opinion of a dermatologist, pharmacist, or cosmetologist. Please consult a qualified professional for any health-related decisions.
3. Analysis Limitations
- Analysis results are based on the AI's training data and real-time source retrieval; they may contain errors.
- Cosmedoe cannot be held responsible for formulation changes made by manufacturers.
- Blurry, incomplete, or misread INCI lists may produce inaccurate results.
4. User Obligations
- You agree not to abuse the system (bots, automated requests, etc.).
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Users under 18 must use the application under parental supervision.
5. Intellectual Property
The Cosmedoe brand, design, and software are our property, all rights reserved. Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the source code without permission is prohibited.
6. Subscription and Payment
- Free plan: Includes 5 analyses per month.
- Pro plan: Unlimited analyses with monthly or annual subscription.
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store / Google Play. Refund conditions are subject to the respective store policies.
- Annual plans are prepaid; unused time is not refunded upon cancellation.
7. Service Interruptions
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance or technical issues. No refunds will be issued for such interruptions; however, the interruption period will be added to the subscription term.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmedoe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid during the relevant period.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always available at cosmedoe.com/en/terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
